FAQ's

We do customization for all our products (pajamas, robes, swimsuits, hats, bags, slippers and socks) with heat press vinyl or glitter. We print initials, names, wedding roles and any custom text with font colors of your choice.

For customized products we recommend use medium iron. Do not iron decoration and dry clean - hand wash only.

Pajamas (run little bit small we suggest to take 1 size up):
Women's sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL
Men's sizes: M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL
Kids sizes: 3/4T, 5/6Y, 7/8Y, 9/10Y, 11/12Y, 13/14Y

Robes (run little bit small we suggest to take 1 size up):
Women's sizes: S, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL
Men's sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL
Kid's Robes: 2T, 4T, 6Y, 8Y, 10Y, 12Y, 14Y

Swimsuits ( run true to size):
Women's sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL
Kids sizes: 2T, 4T, 5T, 6T, 7Y, 8Y, 9Y, 10Y, 12Y

Jackets:
Women's sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL

Slippers:
Adults sizes: 11 inch
Kids sizes: 7 inch/9 inch

We don't accept exchanges for customized items. For non-custom items we can offer an exchange, but customer is responsible for shipping fees.
